I started Falcon because a clean space shouldn't depend on luck. Too often a cleaning job begins with a vague promise and ends with an argument about what was agreed.
I wanted to do it the other way: write down the scope and the price first, show up when we said we would, and fix anything that isn't right.
We're new, and we would rather earn your trust one job at a time than ask for it up front.
